Elly Ess Presents Diamond Socks the Mixtape
On September 2, 2010 Independent Reggae/Hip Hop Artist Elly Ess debuts his first solo Mixtape titled Diamond Socks.

Diamond socks, a soon to be classic mixtape is a true blend of cultures from the underground reggae scene to underground roots of hip hop which includes hard hitting tracks performed over vibrant throwback riddims such as the Kutchie, Cuss Cuss and many more.
This highly anticipated mixtape includes collaborations with some of todays most sought after and in demand  artist such as Vybz Kartel, Yami Bolo, and Jim Jones.
Diamond Socks is a mixtape strictly catered to the streets. When asked why the streets first? Elly Ess replies “It’s important to grab the streets first, that is who is there for you before and after the Industry…and when the industry is done with you, if you still have the streets you still got it.”

One of the other highlights on this mix tape is the new hit single “Our Father”, which is making waves in the music industry.  ʻOur Fatherʼ features the legendary Yami Bolo, who said himself, “Give thanks my Lord, the song is a hit…this song is going to take you very far in the music business.” Diamond Socks includes a re-release of “Bad Boys” a track that Elly Ess re-made featuring Vybz Kartel and hip-hop artist Jim Jones.

He is ready to take reggae music to another level. "Im here and ready to sacrifice and get back on my grind…my goal for this mixtape is to reconnect with my fans and to grab the attention of potential fans, to give them good music to listen to.”
